A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Los Angeles team in a full-time, hybrid role. The ideal Litigation Paralegal brings at least five years of civil litigation experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers high-quality, detail-driven work. This Litigation Paralegal will support a broad range of matters, collaborate closely with attorneys, and manage all phases of litigation from discovery to trial. Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience with strong e-discovery and document production skills
  • Manage all phases of litigation, including review, redaction, organization, and production of documents
  • Prepare subpoenas, discovery responses, deposition summaries, exhibits, and trial support materials
  • Conduct legal research and assist with expert coordination, medical record analysis, and jurisdictional review
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and legal research tools (Westlaw/Lexis)
  • Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved or equivalent) required
  • Experience with iManage or similar DMS preferred
